In addition to the announcement dated February 5, 2025, we would like to inform you that the process of merger of "Ardshininvestbank" CJSC with "Ardshinbank" CJSC is planned to be completed on April 20, 2025.

 

From April 18 to April 20, 2025, in the framework of the merger of the Banks, we plan to carry out technical works that may affect the availability of services..

 

Due to the above-mentioned works, certain changes will be made to the service schedule during the Bank merger period, in particular:

 

◼ On April 18, 2025, the Zvartnots branch will operate until 21:00.

◼ From April 19, 2025, to April 20, 2025, inclusive, no services will be provided at the Bank’s branches.

◼ The Mobile and Internet Banking systems will be available until 06:00 on April 19, 2025.

◼ On April 19, 2025, and April 20, 2025, payment processing through terminals will be unavailable.

◼ Service in branches, as well as the availability of Mobile and Internet Banking systems, will be restored starting from April 21, 2025.

 

We would also like to inform you that during the period from April 18 to April 20, 2025:

◼ Card transactions and ATM cash withdrawals will continue to operate as usual.

◼ The Contact center will continue to provide 24/7 support with certain technical limitations for specific transactions.
