The “Payment Card Rules” have been amended. The updated Terms have been published, and you may kindly get acquainted with them by following the link here.

The amendment shall become effective for new clients: from 08.07.2025, for current clients: from 17.07.2025

 

1. The amendment specifies that transaction fees for transactions made with cards may be charged from accounts held at the Bank (points 5.5.2, 5.7.1, 5.8.1, and 5.8.2). 

2. In cases of a mismatch between the transaction currency and the card account currency, the rules have been supplemented with point 4.5.1 regarding the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction authorization. 

3. Messages to customers may be sent not only via SMS but also through other electronic means. 

4. Cases of overdrafts have been expanded to include the case described in subpoint 4.13.2.10, related to the use of funds made available to the Cardholder due to technical or other reasons but not belonging to them
