Changes to the General Terms and Conditions of Banking Services
Dear customers
We would like to inform you of changes to the General Terms of Banking Services.
The changes have been made in the following sections:
◾In the subsections 3.17 and 3.19 of the Business Relations between the Bank and the Client.
◾In the subsections 12.3, 12.10, 12.17, 12.18, and 12.25 of the Custody Services.
◾In the subsections 13.29, 13.30, 13.31, 13.65, 13.66, and 13.67 of the Investment Services.
The new terms will take effect on November 15, 2025.
