A description of the changes is below:

 

1.    A new chapter N 6 Foreign currency exchange has been added to the document,
2.    A number of changes have been made in the Securities Custody and Investment Services chapters, particularly,
•    The methods of submission of securities Instructions to the Bank (paper, electronic, through the Bank's mobile/web application) were specified in clause 12.12,
•    A new point regarding the submission of applications for Instructions cancellation by the Client was added in clause 12.14,
•    The regulation of the relationship between the Professional and Non-Professional Client and the Bank was specified in terms of Investment Services in chapter 13,
•    The methods of submission of securities Orders to the Bank (paper, electronic, through the Bank's mobile/web application) were specified in clause 13.29,
•    A point regarding Order Execution Policy by the Bank was added in Clause 13.54.
•    A point that investments in Securities are not guaranteed by a deposit guarantee fund was added to the point 13.66.
3.    The description of personal data received by the Bank through EKENG CJSC was added to the Terms
