Changes have been made to the General Terms of Banking Services.
The changes have been introduced in the following sections:

•    Chapter 18: A description of the data received through EKENG CJSC and ACRA Credit Reporting CJSC has been added. 
•    Chapter 13 (clauses 13.57 - 13.88): A new service, the Sweep Investment Tool (Sweep Deal), has been added. This service enables customers to efficiently manage temporarily available funds by automatically investing them in money market investment funds. You can see the service tariffs and terms here. 

The changes will come into effect on 14.08.2026.
