Changes to the terms and conditions for opening and servicing special accounts of the social package

Dear customers

Changes have been made to the terms and conditions for opening and servicing special accounts of the social package.

The definitions used in the Terms and Conditions have been supplemented with the concept of a “Related Person,” which, within the framework of the RA Law on Universal Health Insurance, refers to a person designated by the Customer / insurance premium payer, namely: father, mother, spouse, child, adoptive parent, adopted child, guardian, or ward, to whom the legal requirement of mandatory universal health insurance does not apply.

◾The requirement for mandatory preventive medical examinations has been removed

◾ Added the option to pay insurance premiums for a dependent of a social package beneficiary.

◾ Diagnostic examinations and dental services are also available to military personnel, their equivalents, as well as rescue service personnel.

◾ Establishment of the Bank's right

The Bank may suspend or stop the execution (confirmation) of payment orders submitted by the customer if:

- the submitted documents contain inconsistencies or

- there are obligations drawn up and not yet executed in the social package account.

The client is responsible for any consequences and risks arising from these cases.

The new terms will take effect on

- for new customers — from 29.04.2026

- for existing customers — from 12.05.2026
