Ardshinbank Warns

Dear customers

Recently, there has been a significant increase in cases of fraud. Fraudsters have begun using new, more sophisticated methods, posing as employees of your mobile operator. However, their main goal remains the same: to deceitfully obtain clients' bank card details, one-time codes sent to mobile phones, or access to accounts.

We strongly recommend not responding to such suspicious calls, not providing any information, and not following any instructions received.

No one (including Bank employees) is authorized to request the following information from you under any circumstances:

◾    Your Mobile Banking system login or any other data (e.g., credit card PINs, passwords, etc.)
◾    OTP (one-time password) received via SMS
◾    Your card number, expiration date, or CVV code.

If you suspect that you have become a victim of fraud or deception, immediately contact us at: +374 12 22 22 22 / 60 65 50 00. In the case of credit card fraud, you can also immediately block your card through the Mobile Banking application.

Be vigilant and informed. The security of your data is our priority.

Best regards,
Ardshinbank
