New feature in the Ardshinbank applications

Dear customers,

A new Stop feature is now available on Ardshinbank's online banking platforms.

The Stop feature allows you to block certain transactions performed through the bank's online channels in order to help prevent fraud.

You can activate the Stop feature through Mobile Banking, Ardshin Business application, I-Banking, by visiting any bank branch, by contacting the Call Center, or by reaching out to your personal relationship manager.

Once you block a service using the Stop feature, that service will be blocked across all of the bank's online platforms, regardless of which platform you used to activate the block.

Important:

• Transaction blocking takes effect immediately.

• You can block each service listed individually or block all available services at the same time.

• While transactions are blocked, you will still be able to view your account, deposit, and loan balances through the online platforms. At the same time, all blocked services will continue to be available through the bank's other service channels in accordance with its standard procedures.

• Unblocking through the online platforms is only possible after 24 hours and in accordance with the bank's identity verification procedures.

• If you need to unblock a service before the 24-hour period has elapsed, you must contact the bank.

Detailed instructions on how to activate the feature, as well as information about self-service blocking and unblocking options, are available via the link provided.

We also remind you that Mobile Banking includes a View-Only mode. When enabled, all transaction capabilities through the online platforms are disabled, while you retain the ability to view your information. You can activate this feature by going to User Control → Permission Management in the Mobile Banking app or by contacting the bank.

In addition, if your card details have been exposed to third parties or you suspect they may have been compromised, you can immediately block your card through Mobile Banking or by contacting the bank.

Best regards,

Ardshinbank
