By Decision No. 1/432 A of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 26 November 2025, the Program Prospectus of the registered coupon bonds of "Ardshinbank" OJSC was registered. The supplement to the Program Prospectus was subsequently registered by Decision No. 1/311 A of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 24 July 2026.

The Bonds are intended to be listed on the Armenia Securities Exchange (AMX), where daily two-way quotations will be provided by the appointed market maker.

Electronic versions of the Program Prospectus, its supplement and the final terms of the issue are available for download from the Bank's official website at www.ardshinbank.am .Hard copies may be obtained by visiting the Head Office of "Ardshinbank" OJSC at 13, 13/1 Grigor Lusavorich Street, Yerevan.

To purchase the Bonds, investors must duly complete and submit the bond purchase application(s) to "Ardshinbank" OJSC in accordance with the established procedure.
Following the submission of the duly completed bond purchase application(s), but no later than 16:30 on the date of purchase, legal entities and/or individuals holding accounts with "Ardshinbank" OJSC must transfer the required purchase amount to their respective accounts with the Bank. Legal entities and/or individuals who do not hold accounts with the Bank must transfer the required amount to the transit account 2470062828560000 opened with "Ardshinbank" OJSC for the purposes of the offering, in an amount corresponding to the number of bonds specified in the bond purchase application.
