We have great news for you! From now on, the Visa Airport Companion app will be your best travel companion. 

Our partners at Visa have developed a new mobile app that will make accessing airport business lounges much easier.

What Changes?

  ·    The application will help you easily locate a business lounge at the airport using an offline map.

  ·    In the app, you can track the number of free entries and much more.

  ·    The number of business lounges is increasing by over 400, following the transition from Lounge Key to Dragon Pass as our card provider.

Access to airport business lounges will also be available without the app—simply activate the QR code in the Visa Concierge chatbot.

 

What Should Be Done?

 

Option 1: 

1. Install the Visa Airport Companion app from the AppStore or Google Play. We remind you that the application will be operational starting October 1 of this year.

       2. After downloading the application, you need to register by entering your card number and the 3DS authentication code received via SMS, following the on-screen instructions.

      3. Locate the available business lounge on the map.

      4. Follow the walk-in instructions or go to the Membership page to find your QR code.

      5. Present the QR code at the lounge for entry.

  

Option 2:

 1. Open the Visa Concierge chatbot via Telegram, WhatsApp, or Viber. The activation link will be sent to your phone within a week of receiving your card.

        2.  In the main menu, select Visa Travel, then Lounge.

        3. Confirm availability for your card.

        4. Choose your desired Business Lounge from the list. 

        5. Click “Get Digital Access” to receive your digital membership card.

        6. Present the QR code at the lounge for entry.

Eligible Cards for Free Business Lounge Access

Free entry to business lounges is available for the following Visa card types:

-  Visa Platinum: Once a year*

-  Visa Signature: 4 times a year*

-  Visa Infinite: 6 times a year*

*Unlimited access for Visa Platinum, Signature, and Infinite cardholders is available with a non-cash payment of at least $400 (or equivalent) within the last 12 months.

 

The service will begin on October 1, 2024, and will cost $32 after the free entries have been used or if a guest accompanies you.

 

Please note: Customers who have and use Priority Pass can continue to access the Business Lounges with their Priority Pass cards until the expiration date, in addition to the changes mentioned above.
