Based on data released
by the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia on taxes and duties, as
of December 31, 2025, Ardshinbank ranks first among Armenian banks for total
tax payments and is listed among the top five of Armenia’s 1,000 largest
taxpayers.

“This indicator is key
for us. It is the result of Ardshinbank’s skillful financial management,
transparent operations, and the implementation of our long-term strategy. We
consistently fulfill our obligations to the state, recognizing that taxes are
not only a responsibility but also an investment in the country’s economic
stability, development, and future. This is yet another vivid manifestation of
our slogan,” noted the bank’s Chief Financial Officer, Garegin Gevorgyan.
It should be noted
that Ardshinbank consistently ensures large-scale payments to the state budget
and demonstrates growth in both profit tax and income tax. Of the transfers
made by Ardshinbank to the budget in 2025, 26.9 billion AMD was paid in profit tax
and 11.1 billion AMD in income tax. In addition, 1.8 billion AMD and 0.5
billion AMD were respectively paid by Ardshininvestbank.
