Within the framework of the approaching 155th anniversary of the birth of the great Armenian composer Komitas, Ardshinbank financed the release of the next edition of 'Worker Songs' from the 'A Thousand and One Songs' series. The Bank also sponsored the VR project 'Komitas’s working-room', allowing visitors to take a tour of Komitas’s working-room in Constantinople through virtual reality. The interior of the virtual office, created using the 3D modeling method, features Komitas’ piano and harmonica, P. Terlemezyan’s painting 'Ketakhia', and Komitas’ carpet. The virtual tour will be equipped with an interactive component, accompanied by educational material about Komitas and the sound of his music. The presentation of the VR demo version 'Komitas’s working-room' and the new volume of the composer’s collected works took place on January 29 at the Komitas Museum-Institute.

In his welcoming speech, the Chairman of the Board of Ardshinbank, Artak Ananyan, emphasized the Bank's commitment to preserving the cultural heritage of the country. Ananyan described the project as a significant milestone in the restoration of Komitas's legacy, highlighting the UNESCO Executive Board's decision to include the works of Komitas in the International Memory of the World Register.

The event was attended by the Minister of Education, Culture, and Sports Zhanna Andriasyan and the director of the Komitas Museum-Institute Nikolay Kostandyan. It is worth recalling that in 2019, Ardshinbank, the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports, and the Komitas Museum-Institute signed a tripartite agreement, committing the bank to finance activities aimed at preserving and restoring the heritage of the great Armenian composer.
