From May 30, 2017 onwards Talin residents can be serviced at the renovated and modern branch office of Ardshinbank. It has already been the fifth regional branch throughout this year, where the Bank’s customers are serviced in upgraded and much more convenient conditions after the renovation.

The Mayor of Talin Sargis Aramyan, who attended the official opening ceremony of the branch, said, “It is important that the Bank always focuses on the regional branches and their balanced development. I am more than convinced that these conditions and modern solutions will help to organize the workflow much more efficiently.”

Ardshinbank Strategic Development Director Armen Gasparyan conveyed his thanks to the regional officials and attendees of the ceremony, adding, “We have managed to combine functionality, modern solutions and personalized service. We have tried to do everything possible so that each customer receives personalized service. Moreover, our program to improve the quality of customer service is not limited solely to renovating a branch office.  Modernization of existing offices is followed by special trainings taken by the personnel in order to make the service high-quality and efficient."

The reopened branch at Khanjyan 12 meets all modern requirements and is designed so that each customer can be serviced through "single-window system".

It should also be noted that Ardshinbank’s branch network is the largest and one of the most developed ones in the RA banking system. As of May, 64 branches of Ardshinbank operate in the territory of RA.
