Today, the Central Bank has deregistered Ardshinbank OPEN Joint Stock Company, which went bankrupt in 2002 and was liquidated in 2003. We would like to inform you that Ardshinbank CLOSED Joint Stock Company continues to operate as usual, has no connection with the bank that was liquidated around 23 years ago, and is not the legal successor of that bank.

STATEMENT

We hereby officially declare that “Ardshinbank OJSC Bank in Liquidation”, which was deregistered (its activities were terminated) by the decision of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 29.01.2025, has no connection with “Ardshinbank” Closed Joint Stock Company (registration number: 83, registration date: 25.02.2003) and is not the legal predecessor of the latter.

The reports published in the press are misinformation.
