Karen Safaryan has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of "Ardshinbank" OJSC since its foundation in 2003.
Karen Safaryan started his career in 1985 after graduating from university. He worked as an engineer in various industrial organizations of Armenia until 1994. Later on, he moved to Russian Federation, where he began his career of a businessman.
By early 2000s, Karen Safaryan already had dozens of businesses in Russia and Armenia. Apart from the banking business, during that period his interests were mainly in the industrial and development sectors. Perhaps most significant development projects were the construction of the Government Building No. 3 in Yerevan and Yerevan Municipality building.
After 2007, Karen Safaryan changed the scope of his business interests and started to gradually leave the Russian market. In parallel, especially after the 2008 crisis, he stopped his projects in the construction and industrial sectors, as well.
From 2019, Karen Safaryan's business activities have been concentrated solely in Armenia, in the financial sector. "Ardshinbank" OJSC, "Armenia Insurance" ILLC and a number of investment funds are currently operating within the "Arins Group" holding company founded by Karen Safaryan.
Karen Safaryan graduated from Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute.
Karen Safaryan was born on 05.01.1963 and has 3 daughters.
Aram Andreasyan joined the Board of Ardshinbank OJSC in 2009. Earlier, in the period between 1994 and 1998, he was the Deputy Chairperson and the Chairperson of the Management Board of Ardshinbank OJSC. From 2003 to 2009, Andreasyan was the Chairperson of the Management Board of Ardshininvestbank CJSC, serving as a member of the Board and the Chairperson of the Management board in 2005 and 2006.
Prior to his career in the banking sector, Andasyan worked in Hrazdan-Mash, an industrial enterprise specializing in machine manufacturing, in the position of an economist and later also - Head of the Planning Division, Head of the Financial Division, and Deputy CEO. From 1992 to 1994, he headed an inspection division at the regional tax inspectorate in Hrazdan (currently Kotayk region), and in the period between 1998-2003, he served as an advisor to the Head of the Oversight Service at the staff of the President of Armenia (where he simultaneously served as the head of a department responsible for agencies exercising oversight of the executive authorities).
For many years, he held the position of deputy chairperson of the Board of Directors and a member of the Board of Inernational Business Center JV (joint venture).
Aram Andreasyan is a graduate of the National Institute of Economy.

Alexander von Gleich joined the Board of Ardshinbank OJSC in 2023.
Simultaneously, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Global Expert Development Group LLP, and since July 2025, he has also been a member of the Supervisory Board of the National Bank of Uzbekistan.
Formerly, Alexander von Gleich held several senior positions in the financial sector, including:
Worked as Chief Financial Officer at UniCredit Bank Kazakhstan. From 1999 to 2003 served as Chief Executive Officer at ProCredit Bank Georgia. From 2003 to 2006 held the position of the Investment Director at IFC (World Bank Group) and from 2006 to 2008 as Deputy CEO at Kaspi Bank.
From 2014 to 2016, he was the CEO of Hypo Alpe Adria, Croatia. From 2014 until 2017, Alexander von Gleich was a Deputy CEO of the Russia-based insurance company Allianz and a member of the Board of Directors of Allianz Ukraine. From 2018 to 2023 was a Member of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of Uzpromstroibank OJSC and from 2021 to 2022 a Member of the Board of Directors of Kazakhtelecom.

Philippe
der Megreditchian joined the Board of Ardshinbank OJSC in 2025. He is the Chief
Executive Officer of Olma Holdings SAS, a new investment vehicle for a
Paris-based investment company, and served as Managing Partner and Founder of
OLMA Capital Management from 2012 to September 2025, an investment management
firm which manages OLMA Luxury Holdings.
With
over 25 years of experience in private equity, mergers & acquisitions and
financial advisory, Philippe der Megreditchian has held senior positions with a
number of international financial institutions. Prior to founding OLMA,
Philippe was Partner at Baring Vostok Capital Partners (2004–08); CEO of Eagle
Venture Partners (2002–04), responsible for oversight and divestment of EBRD
investments in Russia and Kazakhstan; founder and CEO of M&A advisory firm
Meridian Capital Management (1997–2002); and investment analyst with
Framlington Investments (1993–97) and Crédit Commercial de France (1992–93).
He
is also actively involved in other professional endeavors, serving as the
President of Domaine Chanzy SA and holding directorial positions at Caviar
House & Prunier Group SA and Artemest Srl.
Philippe
der Megreditchian holds an MBA from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in
Paris.

Hasmik Ghahramanyan assumed the position of Member of the Board of Directors of
Ardshinbank ՕJSC on June 8, 2026.
During the period from January to June
2026, she headed the Research and Strategic Analysis Centrе of the Union of Banks of
Armenia.
Prior to that, she worked for more than
30 years at the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia. She has extensive
experience in the development and implementation of monetary policy, financial
stability and research, sustainable finance development, corporate governance,
and financial education.
From 2019 to 2025, she served as a
Member of the Board of the Central Bank. From 2022 to 2023, she chaired the
Board Audit Committee.
From 2017 to 2019, she served as Chief
Advisor to the Governor of the Central Bank, coordinating the areas of price
and financial stability, as well as relations with the National Assembly and
the Government.
From 2012 to 2017, she headed the
Monetary and Fiscal Policy Analysis Division.
From 1995 to 2012, she worked in the
Monetary Policy Department and the Centrе for Macroeconomic and Banking Research as a
macroeconomist and senior specialist.
From 1998 to 2000, she concurrently
worked as an analyst in the European Union TACIS Programme.
In 1998, she also served as a
consultant for the World Bank’s Enterprise Development Program.
Since 2011, she has been an Assistant
Lecturer at the Department of Finance and Accounting of Yerevan State
University.
From 2021 to 2025, she chaired the
Interagency Committee for the Development and Implementation of the Financial
Education Program in Armenia.
In 2025, she was elected a Member of
the Board of the Armenian Institute of Directors.
Since 2023, she has been a member of
the Women on Boards network.
Hasmik Ghahramanyan holds a PhD in
Economics. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics with a specialization in
International Economic Relations in 1996 and obtained her PhD degree in
Economics in 2004.
In 2022, she completed the Advanced
Management and Leadership Programme at the Saïd Business School of the
University of Oxford. In 2023, she completed the EcoDa course (Brussels,
Belgium) and obtained the European Board Member Diploma with a specialization
in Corporate Governance.
She is a co-author of the textbook Banking:
A Study Guide, published in 2013, and the author of numerous articles.
In 2023, by Decree of the President of
the Republic of Armenia, she was awarded the Anania Shirakatsi Medal for her
significant contribution to the development of the economy.
Hasmik Ghahramanyan was born on February 2, 1975. She is married and has one
daughter and one son.
