Verification of the fulfillment of obligations defined by the contract by the Bank: AMD 50,000
Service fee
One-time account opening and maintenance fee: 0.25% of the amount deposited into the account, minimum: AMD 50,000, maximum: AMD 300,000
Escrow account opening and maintenance includes:
- With the agreement of the parties to the escrow transaction, opening an account for the escrow transaction at the Bank,
- Depositing the Buyer's funds to the escrow account (freezing funds),
- Documentary certification of fulfillment of obligations,
- Payment or return of escrow money to the Parties upon fulfillment or non-fulfilment of the terms of the escrow transaction
- The fee is charged to the account at each access and is non-refundable if the parties to the escrow transaction withdraw from the transaction.
