The following restrictions are in place for transactions made with powers of attorney:     

1. Within one day, the sum total of cash and non-cash expenses of funds from the bank accounts of the authorizing person (with the exception of expenses from deposit amount) cannot exceed AMD 5 000 000 (five million) or an equivalent sum in another currency (for foreign currency the calculation is based on the CBA exchange rate in effect at that moment), with the exception of the cases indicated in subclause 2 of this clause.           
2. The transactions of withdrawing a sum exceeding AMD 5 000 000 (five million) or an equivalent sum in another currency indicated in subclause 1 of this clause may be made by the authorized person after receiving additional authorization of the authorizing person by a service specialist from the Bank branch via a phone call.          
3. The authorized person cannot implement withdrawal of values from the accounts of the authorizing person for his own benefit (to the accounts in his name).
