◾ The rights of an account holder to manage their account and the funds therein may be restricted based on a request submitted by enforcement authorities or tax authorities responsible for the execution of judicial acts.

◾ The seizure of funds from an account without the account holder's instruction may be carried out based on a court decision, upon a request submitted by enforcement authorities responsible for the execution of judicial acts, and in accordance with the procedure for notifying the account holder.
