[1] With the exception of shares of mandatory pension funds.

[2] The number of accounts in the register of owners (naminees) of allocated securities of each class of securities is calculated as of the last day of each month.

[3] The fee for accounting of bonds with nominal value expressed in foreign currency (registry keeping and maintenance of the register of owners (nominees) of securities) is calculated in Armenian drams for the last day of the month by calculating the average exchange rate of Armenian drams against foreign currency published by the Central Bank of Armenia

[4]  An exception is made for the cases of registration of securities placed through the regulated market, as well as additionally placed to ensure the conversion of securities on the basis of reorganization, and the service fee due to the registration of securities placed as a result of each issue of securities is recalculated at the end of the placement process based on the principle of the total nominal volume.

[5]  Includes the conversion of securities (including on the basis of changing the nominal value of shares, consolidation (consolidation) and division of securities), conversion of one class (type) of securities into another class (type) at the issuer's decision, reorganization (except for the case of reorganization when the number of securities and the nominal value does not change) as a result of conversion of securities, acquisition, repurchase and redemption or cancellation of securities (except bonds) issued by the issuer. Moreover, in the case of conversion, the total nominal volume of the securities registered as a result of the conversion is taken as the basis for calculating the price, except for the cases of conversion of shares on the basis of reorganization in the form of division and separation. In the event of corporate action due to reorganization in the form of division and separation, the total nominal volume of convertible securities is taken as the basis for calculating the tariff.

[6] The fee is also charged when the Central Depository provides the grounds for operations or a reference to the absence of operations.

[7] The change of data about the issuer includes the registration of the location or place of activity of the issuer, the type of joint-stock company, change of the manager of the executive body, change of company name or change of information about securities (change of the documentary form of securities to non-documentary and vice versa) in the System

*   The Bank charges the fees for services in AMD.
**  In case of insufficient funds in AMD accounts of issuers who are considered to be Bank account holders, the Bank has the right to charge the insufficient amount from other accounts of the issuer opened with the Bank in other currencies.
*** In case when there are insufficient funds in the accounts of Issuers, who are considered to be the Bank’s account holders, for doing the necessary charges the Bank has the right to charge the insufficient amount by forming a receivable in the name of the Issuer. In case of non-repayment of the receivables for at least 3 months, the Bank has the right to suspend provisioning the Registry keeping  service.
****  If the Registry keeping Agreement with the Issuer isn't signed on the first day of a given month, the amountto be paid by the Issuer shall be calculated based on the days remaining until the last day of that month. In the case of a re-signing of the Registry keeping Agreement due to a change in the account operator, the securities registration fee shall be charged in the amount set for the entire month.
