- “Become a Banker” is a pre-qualification program of Ardshinbank, which for 7 years has been providing young people without experience in the financial and banking sector with the opportunity to gain professional knowledge and join our large team. It is important to note that the program operates in all regions of Armenia, in Yerevan and at the head office. Over the years, about 600 or more graduates of the “Become a Bank” program began and continue their careers with us at Ardshinbank.

Apply to the program if:
- You have a higher education (at least a bachelor's degree)
- You have graduated from university within the last 5 years (no more than 5 years have passed since the year of graduation from university) or you are in the final year of university
- You have shown high progress during your studies
- You speak English and Russian
