Public offering of Ardshinbank CJSC dram bonds
2023 of the President of the Central Bank of RA According to the decision No. 1/631A of December 13, the program prospectus of nominal coupon bonds of "Ardshinbank" CJSC was registered.
The regular allocation of nominal coupon bonds of "Ardshinbank" CJSC will be carried out between December 25, 2023 and January 25, 2024 at 16:30.
In order to purchase bonds, investors must complete and properly deliver or submit Bond purchase application/applications to "Ardshinbank" CJSC in the prescribed manner.
After completing the application for the purchase of bonds and properly delivering it to "Ardshinbank" CJSC, but no later than 4:30 p.m. on the day of the purchase of bonds, legal and/or natural persons who wish to purchase bonds must make a payment to "Ardshinbank" CJSC - whose respective accounts opened, and non-account holders, legal entities and/or natural persons, to the transit account number 2470062828310000 opened at "Ardshinbank" CJSC for the purpose of issuing, in order to acquire the number of bonds specified in the application for the purchase of bonds.
