1 Equities - shares, other securities that give rights equivalent to the rights given by shares, any other security that gives the right to acquire mentioned securities by way of conversion, exchange or exercise of other rights and has been issued by the issuer of the above-mentioned securities or an issuer member of their group. Bonds - securities that are not considered as Equities (Law on Securities Market of RA).

 

2 Non-traditional funds - fund shares that are not allowed to stock exchange trade,

Tariffs published on the Bank's website shall apply to Clients, whose 50 percent or more shareholders or participants are not citizens of another country then RA, or more than 50 percent of the ultimate beneficiaries are not citizens of another country then RA.  

The specified tariffs do not apply to financial institutions, unless otherwise stipulated by the contract (except for credit organizations, organizations that are performing processing and clearing of payment instruments and settlement documents and insurance companies). Tariffs for these institutions are defined by the contract signed between "Ardshinbank" OJSC and the financial institutions.

"Ardshinbank" OJSC provides investment services in accordance with the RA Law “On the Securities Market”, regulations, rules and other legal acts adopted by the RA Central Bank, by conducting transactions with securities on behalf of the "Ardshinbank" CJSC or the client and at the expense of client. In order to provide investment services, "Ardshinbank" OJSC carries out brokerage account opening, order acceptance and execution, transaction reporting, as well as other investment services operations. Client can make a deal with any securities quoted on the regulated market of "Armenia Stock Exchange" OJSC, as well as participate in initial placement and buyout auctions, buyouts, make deals on the secondary market.
