From 04.04.2024, the Priority Pass card is replaced by the Lounge Key service.
What is Lounge key service?
Lounge Key service provides access to business lounges of airports operating in different countries of the world, regardless of the airline or type of air ticket.
Lounge Key benefits:
-Provides access to the same lounges as the Priority Pass card. You can view the list of business lounges after registering and logging in to the LoungeKey website.
-You no longer need to carry an additional Priority Pass card with you, as this service is also available with a phone application or simply by presenting your premium payment card.
-You can get unlimited access: information about available inputs by card types: Visa, Mastercard.
-For family members who often travel with you, Ardshinbank offers premium cards until 30.06.2024 with guaranteed free service for 6 months and the possibility of free service all the time.
What is required from you?
-Download the LoungeKey app to your phone or tablet (iOS, Android). Register your card and data in the application. You can use the following guidelines for registration: Visa concierge, Lounge Key).
-Present the QR code generated by the application or your premium card to the airport business lounge employee.
-Also present the boarding pass and your identity document. The name on your premium card, the name on your boarding pass, and the name on your ID must match.
-Enter the hall.
If your card is active and free entrances are available, there is no need to pay to enter the Business Lounge.
The existing Priority Pass cardholders
• You can use the Priority Pass card you already have until the expiration date indicated on it, after which it will not be renewed. At the same time, you can also use the LoungeKey service. It is already available if you are a premium cardholder of Ardshinbank.
• If your Priority Pass card expires before 30.09.2024, Ardshinbank will reissue your card to ensure your maximum convenience during the transition period.

What is the Fast Track service?
Fast Track allows you to go through the security, immigration and customs check processes at the airport in an accelerated manner, avoiding queues.
What is required from you?
• For Mastercard cardholers:
-Register on the Mastercard Travel Experiences website or download and register in the application of the same name,
-Fill out an application, specifying the airport, date of visit, time and number of travelers,
-Then it is necessary to fill in the data: first name, last name, contact phone number, e-mail. email address and confirm the application,
-After performing the specified actions, you can enter the email address in the application or your e-mail. you will receive your Fast Track pass in the mail with a QR code,
-Fast Track pass must be shown at the checkpoint.
• For Visa cardholers:
-Register in the Visa Concierge chatbot.
-In the main menu, select Visa Travel, then Fast Track International.
-Select the country and airport.
-Click on one of the offered options: Departure, International Departure or International Arrival.
-Submit the required information to receive the Fast Track pass as a PDF file containing the QR code.
-Fast Track pass must be shown at the checkpoint.
Your premium card also has the following benefits:
-Possibility of roaming abroad: Visa, Mastercard.
-Possibility of discount in more than 1000 restaurants Visa, Mastercard.
-Travel and Medical insurance: Visa, Mastercard.

We would also like to inform you that according to the terms and conditions of Ardshinbank from 28.05.2024 , the inactive cards will be closed, and the accounts will continue to operate in accordance with the tariffs and service conditions set for the
bank account. If the card validity has expired 6 months and no transactions have been made over the past year, is considered inactive.
