We would like to inform you that the merger process of “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC (previously, and until November 29, 2024 named under HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC) to “Ardshinbank” CJSC has been completed, as a result of which the Board of the RA Central Bank has revoked the banking activity license of “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC as of April 21, 2025, “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC ceased to exist as a separate legal entity, and all its assets, rights and obligations have been transferred to “Ardshinbank” CJSC as the legal successor.
In the meantime, the Board of the RA Central Bank has revoked the Banking License No. 67 of “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC, and thus the License shall be deemed as ineffective as of April 21, 2025.
Therefore, the banking operations previously conducted “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC have been terminated. All banking services will henceforth be provided by “Ardshinbank” CJSC; the legal successor to “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC
We would kindly inform you that the branches have been renamed. The branches previously named “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC “Republic Square”, “Teryan”, “Garegin Nzhdeh”, “Dalma”, and “Komitas” are now renamed as “Ardshinbank” CJSC “Republic Square”, “Teryan”, “Garegin Nzhdeh”, “Dalma”, and “Gyulbenkyan”, respectively. Additionally, based on the former hradquarters of “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC located at 42 Paronyan Street, 90th area, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, “Ardshinbank” CJSC established new brach named “Paronyan” . ,.
The addresses and operations of the branches will remain unchanged.
Customers of 'Ardshinbank' CJSC and “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC will continue to be served by “Ardshinbank” CJSC as usual, in accordance with the existing contractual agreements.
