On September 30, Ardshinbank held a regular corporate event aimed at strengthening the team and developing its creative and organizational skills this time in Dilijan. The event was attended by Vanadzor, Spitak, Stepanavan, Tashir, Alaverdi, Ijevan, Dilijan, Noyemberyan, Tavush and Lori branches, as well as the Bank's Head Office subdivisions' heads and employees.

Member of Management Board, Financial Director of Ardshinbank David Sargsyan pointed out that the main goal of the Bank's team is to constantly improve the work methods and service quality. "All this will allow us not only to maintain our leading positions in the Armenian banking system, but also to occupy important positions in the external market," David Sargsyan added.

Member of Management Board, Chief Operating Officer of Ardshinbank Harutyun Ispiryan introduced the participants to the new system of remuneration and rewarding, noting that a competent and efficient system allows identifying employee and organization goals, which is one of the main guarantees of success of the organization.
