In 2019, Ardshinbank maintained its leading positions in Armenian banking system by all key indicators. The bank's assets have reached the threshold of AMD 720 billion, the total liabilities amounted to AMD 644 billion. Ardshinbank’s loan portfolio reached AMD 467 billion. Consumer credit lending increased by 46% or AMD 22 billion compared to 2018, while mortgage lending increased by 24% or AMD 11 billion. In 2019, business lending amounted to AMD 285 billion drams, with the largest share in industrial and trade sectors, followed by service industry with 37% or AMD 18 billion growth.

Within the framework of the bank's total liabilities, time and on-demand deposits made about 400 billion drams, as compared to 2018 the growth was 7.6% or AMD 30 billion.

The bank's net profit for the year 2019 is 9.9 billion drams.

Ardshinbank continued to be a safe and reliable partner for foreign investors in 2019, ensuring transparent and open activity. Funds raised from international partners have totaled over $ 200 mln, which have been used for lending to customers in different sectors of economy.

Ardshinbank's 2019 achievements include ratings issued by international agencies. In 2019, Fitch reaffirmed Ardshinbank's "B +" rating with "stable" outlook, and Moody's rating agency upgraded Ardshinbank's rating, assessing the outlook as stable, confirming it to be equal to the sovereign rating of the Republic of Armenia.

In 2019 Ardshinbank was recognized as the "Safest Bank of the Year" and "Best Bank of the Year" by the prestigious Global Finance magazine. The Bank receives the "Safest Bank of the Year" award for the 6th consecutive year and the "Bank of the Year in Armenia" award for the 2nd time, which is one of the highest ratings in banking. The awards show the correct vector of Ardshinbank's business development, reliable, sustainable and efficient operations. The list of awards received in 2019 includes the award from German Commerzbank for excellent cooperation in Trade Finance and the "Most Active Issuing Bank in Armenia" from International Investment Bank.

Ardshinbank opened 12 modernized branches in 2019. Today the bank has 63 branches and has got the first place in the banking system with the number of regional branches. The bank's Mobile Banking app is actively used by over 60,000 customers, and the transactions carried out by the app are equivalent to the turnover of five branches.

Ardshinbank will remain one of the leading foreign trade financing banks in Armenia in 2020 and will effectively support our country's exporters and importers in foreign trade financing. The bank will continue to support the largest business projects of the real sector of the Armenian economy, as well as be active in mortgage and consumer lending, in an effort to create more favorable conditions for customers.
