The conference held by Fitch Ratings, a famous international rating company, took place for the first time in Yerevan. Olga Ignatieva, the senior director of the financial institutes of Fitch Ratings, said that the main purpose of the conference is to define for the public, particularly to its corporate sector, what rating is, what processes it prompts, how much it will cost and how it will contribute to the realization of the companies' goals. She hopes that Armenian companies, especially banks, will actively use rating to enter the markets of capital.

While rating the economy of Armenia, the company has managed to rate two Armenian banks, including Ardshinbank.
