How do you get a test?

In order to conduct the test, Visa Premium Cardholders need to use the Visa Concierge chatbot or call to Concierge by phone: +8 499 753 10 61.

Visa Concierge records the request and contacts the client to clarify all the details (time, contacts, address).

Support sends the client a double reminder of the upcoming procedure: one day before the test date and half an hour before the test.

After the test is completed, the cardholder will be notified of the results via an e-mail.

All Visa premium card holders in Yerevan (Yerevan and 15 km surrounding) can take a free PCR test at home.
