At the bank foreign currency exchange can be done
through the following methods:
In cash: You can exchange foreign currency in the bank's Head Office or branches*.
Non-cash method: You can exchange foreign currency
through non-cash methods, including at the Head Office, branches and through
the bank's Mobile Banking or the I-Banking system, which is available 24/7.
When exchanging foreign currency at the bank, the
customer must present an identification document if the amount exceeds 100,000

(or the equivalent in foreign currency) and the buyer is not a bank customer or
has no account in that currency, the bank may refuse the exchange.
In the case of any conversion exceeding 20,000,000 AMD (or the equivalent in foreign currency), the transaction is subject to the bank's discretion and can be implement at a rate different from the one announced by the bank. However, this can only be done with the customer's agreement and on a contractual basis.
*Please note that for GBP, CHF conversion and for withdrawing and depositing
funds, you will need to visit the Customer Service Department at the Head
